新制度では、ご購入時に税込価格をお支払いいただきます。免税の適用を受けるためには、出国時に空港・港で税関確認を受ける必要があります。
返金の方法や時期は、ご利用いただくサービスによって異なります。また、返金額からは所定の手数料が差し引かれます。

Tax-Free Shopping Update | Effective November 1, 2026
Effective November 1, 2026, Japan’s consumption tax exemption system for eligible international visitors has changed to a refund-based system.
Maison de NADIA Ginza continues to offer tax-free shopping services.
Under the new system, customers are required to pay the full purchase price, including consumption tax, at the time of purchase. To qualify for the tax exemption, customers must complete customs verification at an airport or seaport when departing Japan.
Refund methods and processing times vary depending on the service used. Applicable processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
